Shades of Autumn

In a year of stillness, I found myself listening to the rustle of grass,

to the depths of a sigh,

to the sound of flickering candlelight.

What does the beginning of an end sound like?

Surrounded by the many shades of nature falling asleep,

I too, floated softly inward,

like weighted leaves finding ground,

Like little eyelids closing,

a brightness contained in a dream.

Featuring beautiful pieces by Notary Ceramics.
